* Raytheon Co., Missile Systems Div., Bedford, Mass., $77.6 million modification to a cost-plus, 1 award-fee contract for 6,605.6 man-months of PATRIOT engineering services. Work will be performed in Bedford, . Mass. (78.81%); Burlington, Mass. (6.18%); Huntsville, Ala. (6.11%); Andover, Mass. (5.86%); Orlando, Fla. (1.53%); El Paso, Texas (.93%); and Wayland, Mass. (.58%), and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 1993. Of the total contract funds, $24 million will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
