The UK Office of Fair Trading has cleared the acquisition of Eastwood Bookmakers by Ladbrokes. On 7 February, Ladbrokes said it had bought Eastwood Bookmakers, the Northern Irish bookmaker, for 117.5m [pounds sterling]
