Cenarth Falls, a five-star holiday park in Wales, has been placed on the market via Savills' Leisure team in Oxford, at a guide price of 3.25m [pounds sterling].

Covering some 11.5 acres, the site has 87 static caravans, 30 touring pitches, owner's accommodation, reception office, games room, outdoor and indoor pools, children's play area, restaurants and bars, gym, jacuzzi and steam rooms and an amenity block. The site holds a David Bellamy conservation award, and lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The freehold interest in the property is offered for sale, subject to existing licence agreements with owners of static holiday caravans.
