I've forgotten my login. Click on the 'Lost password?' link in the login box at the top right of the homepage, put your email address in the box and we will send you your login and password.

How do I stop the digest emails while I'm on holiday, and start them again when I return?

The 'Manage Your Account Here' link in the login box enables you to manage your account. 'Change your digest options' allows you to choose whether your email address is displayed on your messages to the Digest, the format in which you receive your Digests, and whether you want us to send Digests to you.

My email address has changed but I can't see where to update it on the website.

Email sue@trainingjournal.com and we'll change your details.

How do I search the archives?

Log in. Click on 'Discussion forum' and 'Search discussions' on the navigation panel. You can now search by keyword or author.

How do I download TJ articles?

Log in. This month's issue can be found at 'The magazine' on the navigation panel. For a description of an article's contents, click on its title. Click the 'Download now' button at the right side of the page for a pdf copy of the article.

For back issues, log in and click on 'The magazine' and 'Back issues' on the navigation panel. Click on the date of the relevant issue to open a full listing of its contents. Then follow the instructions given above to download a specific article.
