Funjet Agent Advantage
The Funjet Agent Advantage (FAA) drew more than 5,000 travel agents, who registered for participation in the online tool, the Funjet Agent Advantage (FAA), found at www.FunjetAgentAdvantage.com. Two live and interactive online events were held April 8 and 9 to introduce the new agent training and engagement experience created by Funjet Vacations. The FAA is a web-based approach to agent education and training that provides access to detailed product and program information for Funjet Vacations and its key suppliers. Funjet created an initial web-based trade show experience in September 2007. Based on the positive response and feedback from the industry, Funjet introduced the enhanced version, the FAA, in April with more features and offerings. The site is built to last far beyond the live event kick-offs, with an on-demand viewing period of at least 90 days. New sections to the site included a fully-loaded Resource Center, including an Agent Tool Kit with selling, booking, and make-more-money tools. In addition, the Resource Center unveiled a home-based agent section, with a dedicated video as well as tips on booking in the award-winning VAX VacationAccess. Details about the latest Fun for Life incentive "Upgrade Your Way," including how to win one of 10 unbelievable luxury trips, were also loaded in the Resource Center. New content to the website included the enhanced Funjet Vacations Product Booth, including five new educational videos. In addition, a new VAX VacationAccess Booth, with videos and quick reference cards to give agents the keys to making more money. Many of the most suppliers on the tradeshow floor updated their booths with new content as well. The FAA site will act as a 24/7 online library of information so agents can order brochures, download e-brochures, and access promotional flyers for Funjet Vacations and all participating suppliers at any time. Funjet Vacations business development managers will be utilizing it for ongoing agent trainings as well. To register and learn more, visit www.FunjetAgentAdvantage.com. Travel agents can book Funjet Vacations by calling 800-558-3050 or through www.vaxvacationaccess.com Apr 11, 2008
