Delta Air Lines said it will install 40 flat-bed seats in each of seven 767-400ER aircraft for flights to London's Heathrow Airport from Atlanta and New York. Customers in the competitive market have requested the feature, which Delta expects to have in place by next summer. Oct 9, 2008

Delta, Northwest pilots clash over seniority Pilots for Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines have begun arbitration hearings to integrate seniority lists for a single, merged airline. Northwest pilots, who tend to be older on average than their counterparts at Delta, want seniority based on date of hire.
