Andy moves up a step

Evening Chronicle (Newcastle, England), Nov 7, 2003

Patterson Ford salesperson Andrew Beveridge has climbed the ladder of success at the North East's leading supplier of Ford vehicles after the former office junior was named as the new used car sales manager.

In his new role, Andy will oversee the used car sales team at the company's Scotswood Road dealership, maintaining the high standards of customer service offered at Patterson Ford and the sourcing of high quality used vehicles.

Andy, 32, always aspired to become a sales person when he joined the company in 1990 and has worked his way up from office junior to achieve his dream position.

Andy has sold, on average, over 300 cars a year since he became a trainee salesperson in 1993. During that time he progressed to become a car salesman and later became sales controller for Scotswood Road.

Andy said: "I have picked up a great deal of knowledge from some very experienced and talented sales people in the time I have been with the company."
