Customer care goes up a gear

Evening Chronicle (Newcastle, England), June 11, 2004

Gainmanor Fiat is so passionate about customer care it has continued to expand its workforce, employing two dedicated customer care staff.

Customer care receptionist Dee Rhodes and service manager Steve Robson are the latest recruits to join Gainmanor, and are both looking forward to a successful career at their Silverlink base on North Tyneside.

Sales manager Ian Munro explained; "We have always strived to deliver exceptional customer care. We don't believe customers should settle for `satisfactory', which is why our number one priority is to bring the very best people into the business to care for our customers."

Dee Rhodes added; "I have worked in the motor industry for six years and was also a receptionist at Newcastle United Football Club for nine years. I am delighted to have joined Gainmanor, and will look forward to passing on my customer care skills when meeting and greeting our customers."

Dee will also co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the new showroom, as well as assisting outside events and promotions.

Steve Robson's eleven years in the motor industry specialising in servicing will stand him in good stead at Fiat.

"This is an exciting time in my career, as it is my first step into management," said Steve. "My role will be to manage our service team while personally helping customers with after-care inquiries."
