YOUR SAY: Should Bobby Robson receive a BBC honour? YOUR SHOUT

Evening Chronicle (Newcastle, England), Dec 5, 2007

Shirley Kingston, 71, retired, of East Denton, Newcastle: Yes. He's super. He was treated badly and he doesn't seem to complain.

Graham Hall, 32, IT engineer, of Houghton-le-Spring: He was good for England, but I'm a Sunder-land supporter, so no comment!

Silvia Slasar, 46, invigilator, of Gos-forth, Newcastle: Yes. My best friend is his biggest fan! I think he is a role model for young people.

Philip Lorraine, 19, student, of Jes-mond, Newcastle: Absolutely. He's a great character of football. He's been a great servant of Newcastle.

David Gregory, 62, managing director, of Jesmond, Newcastle: Yes. He is a truly fantastic person. He fully deserves any awards he gets.

Pat Storey, 68, retired, of Mor-peth: I suppose he does deserve an award. He seems genuine and was a good manager in his time.
