FCX has range of 354 miles; Hydrogen Honda is gearing up to go into production

Evening Chronicle (Newcastle, England), July 13, 2007

THE Honda FCX has a top speed of 100 mph and a range of 354 miles with acceleration comparable to a 2.0 litre petrol car

It's possible that in the not too distant future you will be able to fill up with hydrogen at your local supermarket. But a home energy station could be the thing of the future. Once installed in your house it will provide electricity and heat for the home while at the same time converting natural gas to hydrogen to power a fuel cell car.

In that way the cost is likely to be comparable with petrol or diesel prices.
