The delegation from the Chinese Department of Education in Guangdong Province, are visiting Newcastle College to learn about vocational education and discuss a long term partnership.

Newcastle College is one of two in the UK to be singled out by the British Council and the Chinese Department of Education to develop vocational education in Chinese colleges and universities.

The delegation will focus on teacher training, curriculum development and how the college manages its automotive engineering curriculum, using the information to implement the UK system in China.
