WIN TICKETS TO SEE ALICE COOPER; Evening Chronicle Competition

Evening Chronicle (Newcastle, England), Nov 2, 2007

ALICE Cooper, Motorhead and Joan Jett join forces next week for a rock gig to remember in Newcastle.

The trio of acts are at the Metro Radio Arena on November 9 and we have three pairs of tickets to give away for the show.

Alice Cooper found success in the early 70s with the breakthrough single School's Out.

Starring on tour with Alice Cooper will be Motorhead, whose overwhelmingly loud and fast style of heavy metal was one of the most groundbreaking styles the genre had to offer in the late 70s. And if you love rock 'n' roll you'll love Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, who are also on the bill.

For your chance to WIN, simply text ECWIN8 followed by a space, then your correct answer, name, house number and postcode to 84080 or call the competition line on 0901 229 0813

(please take care when dialling). Calls cost 25p from a BT landline, other networks may vary. Text entry costs 25p plus your standard network charge. Lines close at midnight tonight.

QUESTION: Name Alice Cooper's breakthrough single.

The first three correct entries drawn at random on November 5 will receive the prize as offered.
