Amy Abraham, 16, student, Wallsend: The nightlife is good - the pubs are great - and we've got some historical sites. I would love to go to Australia

Glen Catherall, 34, student, Heaton: There's a good mix of historical and modern life. Newcastle is lively with a good nightlife and friendly people

Lorna Cairns, 19, sales assistant, Wallsend: I like the pubs and we've got good shops. I would like to visit Prague
