THE Blyth Lifeguard and Swimming Club are taking a squad of 50 members to this weekend's National Speed Lifesaving Championships at Ponds Forge in Sheffield.
The squad, ranging in age from 12 years to Masters level, is the only one from this area competing in the event, where it will be up against the best teams in the country.
