NEWCASTLE Falcons star Jonny Wilkinson says some light reading has changed his life.
He scored 22 points in his return to the rugby field on Sunday at Kingston Park, after four months recovering from injury.
Jonny puts his success down to reading about quantum physics.
He told a national newspaper the experience led him to relax on and off the pitch and freed him of worries over life, death and rugby.
"I was afflicted by a fear of failure," he said.
