Huddersfield Daily Examiner (Huddersfield, England), Jan 23, 2008

A COUPLE in their 70s were hurt when a car, thought to have been stolen, careered into them in Dewsbury. The woman suffered two broken legs and she and the man are detained in Dewsbury District Hospital. Their injuries are said to be not life threatening. An 18-year-old youth was also hurt in the incident, which happened outside McDonald's restaurant in South Street at 3.30pm yesterday.

Police said the silver Toyota Yaris crashed through railings after spinning off the road. A 20-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent.
