National briefs: Hacker's fate

A BRITON accused of the "biggest computer hack of all time" learns today whether he has escaped extradition to the US where he could face a life sentence. The Law Lords decide on a plea by Gary McKinnon, pictured, who was never charged in Britain after admitting he gained access to 97 US military and Nasa computers.
