Huddersfield Daily Examiner (Huddersfield, England), June 10, 2008
TWO men jumped out of a van and ran off after it smashed into another vehicle. The white Transit van hit a Ford Focus on New Hey Road at Scammonden at 5pm on Saturday. The M-registered van then ploughed into a power line pole. A 46-year-old woman from Littleborough who was driving the Focus was shocked but unhurt. Police enquiries into the crash are ongoing.
