National briefs: Oil price fall

Huddersfield Daily Examiner (Huddersfield, England), March 21, 2008

CRUDE oil prices have fallen back below the EUR100 mark for the first time in more than a fortnight, amid signs that record prices have slowed demand. The cost of light, sweet crude for May delivery dipped as low as EUR98.65 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) yesterday before settling around the EUR100 mark.
