Huddersfield Daily Examiner (Huddersfield, England), May 17, 2008
POLICE were given more time to question two men arrested at a university campus under the Terrorism Act.
The men, aged 30 and 22, were arrested on Wednesday morning on the University of Nottingham campus.
Activity of Westminster Magistrates' Court judge has given police until May 20 to quiz the men, a police spokesman said.
"Officers are continuing to search premises in Nottingham," he said.
"Nottinghamshire Police continue to work with community representatives, staff and students at the University of Nottingham to offer support and reassurance."
It is understood police have spent today examining computers seized after the two men, believed to be a student and a former student at the university, were arrested.
