THE FBI doubled the reward on offer to capture one of their 10 "Most Wanted" fugitives, who was last seen in the UK, to more than pounds 1 million.
James "Whitey" Bulger is wanted over 18 murders and a two million US dollar reward (pounds 1.1m) is on offer.
