Youngsters go Wild for the cup

PUPILS at Gilthwaites Junior School, Denby Dale, had a treat with the visit of the Carnegie Challenge Cup.
Children at the school were also given a bag of rugby equipment donated by Huddersfield Giants international forward Stephen Wild.
Community Development Manager Ryan McNeely said: "It was fantastic to see how excited the children and staff at the school were with the visit of the superb Carnegie Challenge Cup trophy and Stephen Wild.
"And it's great that they will be able to benefit from the equipment handed over." Just a few weeks remain until the Giants cup semi-final against St Helens at Warrington's Halliwell Jones Stadium on Sunday, August 9 (4pm).
Tickets are on general sale from the Galpharm Stadium ticket office with no limit on the number of tickets that each person can buy.
The Giants are allocated seated tickets for the North Stand and East Stand, while West Stand terrace tickets are available.
Prices are as follows: North Stand (Block C) adults pounds 25, concessions pounds 10; North Stand (Blocks A & B) adults pounds 20, concessions pounds 8; West Stand (standing) adults pounds 15, concessions pounds 5; East Stand (seated): adults pounds 18, concessions pounds 5.
Tickets for official coach travel is pounds 12 and will the leave at 1.30pm from the Galpharm Stadium.
The Stadium ticket office is open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12 midday.
