Quick Materials

Materials in 24 hours! Wire materials in-stock include 304/316 LVM stainless steel, nitinol, PTFE coated 304 stainless steel and more. Wire sizes range from .003"-.156" in 70"-73" lengths and diameter tolerances of /- .0002" for most materials. Tubing is available in 304 stainless steel in a wide variety of sizes and shapes. Custom burr-free cutting, end rounding and other services are available upon request.

Manufacturing Services

NEPG is a true "One Source" for manufacturing and assembly services--with all resources in-house and ready to produce most wire/tubing based components and finished devices. Whether it's a prototype (Stat Service) or production run, NEPG can manufacture to the highest quality standards and complete most lobs in a timely fashion. Manufacturing/assembly highlights include:
