Teens Dress in Style Thanks to Project Prom

Last spring, no teenager receiving services from the Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) in Pennsylvania could use the excuse that they had nothing to wear to their high school prom. For the third year in a row, DHS, in partnership with the Parental Stress Center in Pittsburgh, set up shop in donated building space in downtown Pittsburgh for Project Prom, an initiative providing free formal wear to teen girls and boys in need.
