AAP Sports News (Australia) 04-28-2000 BOX: Lewis and Grant set for tall battle NEW YORK, April 27 Reuters-AFP - Briton Lennox Lewis's heavyweight boxing defence at Madison Square Garden here on Saturday, dubbed "Two Big" by promoters, lived up to its name at today's weigh-in. Lewis and undefeated challenger Michael Grant produced the heaviest combined weight of any title fight in boxing history, breaking a 67 year old record. Grant tipped the scales at 114kg, 1kg more than Lewis, in a public ceremony outside the doors of Madison Square Garden, where the two will meet for the undisputed heavyweight crown.
