Cyc: Kiwi rider Dean joins up with Credit Agricole
HAMILTON, Canada, Oct 9 AFP - Kiwi rider Julian Dean, a former member of US Postal,
has joined up with Credit Agricole, the French team announced here today.
The 28-year-old Dean, who is a one-day and one-week stage race specialist and won the
Tour of the Walloon region this year, has spent the past two years with the Danish CSC
team.
Dean, although not a member of CSC's Tour de France team, was the rider with the most
victories for the Danish outfit this season.
Credit Agricole have recently seen the departure of Stuart O'Grady for Cofidis, a move
which means that the Australian champion will not be able to ride in next year's Tour
Down Under.
