Sail: Konica Minolta with narrow lead over Skandia
Super maxis KONICA MINOLTA and SKANDIA continue to trade the lead as heavy conditions
force many smaller boats to seek shelter in the Sydney to Hobart yacht race.
Having lost and regained first place in the past hour, New Zealand's KONICA MINOLTA
is two miles ahead of SKANDIA, with NICORETTE a further 14 miles astern in third place.
Six yachts have pulled in to Eden to reassess their position in the race, while 15
of the 116-strong fleet have retired.
Amongst those to withdraw were handicap contender PRIME TIME, which was taking water,
and the fleet's smallest boat GRASSHOPPER, with a broken forestay.
