Kruger, 22, is one of five players elevated to the Bulls full-time contract list but the only one not to have represented Queensland last season. The Pura Cup champion also promoted rapidly-improving leg-spinner Daniel Doran, batsman Ryan Broad and young pacemen Nathan Rimmington and Grant Sullivan.
