AAP Sports News (Australia) 11-15-2007 Spo: IOC, WADA urge full doping code compliance By Karolos Grohmann MADRID, Nov 15 Reuters - The International Olympic Committee and the World Anti-Doping Agency have urged governments and international federations to do more to comply with an anti-doping code, saying doping was an epidemic. At the opening of the Third World Conference on Doping in Sport today, IOC President Jacques Rogge said the problem was spreading to teenagers and younger children as well as recreational athletes according to recent studies.
