With three golds under his belt and a wealth of Olympic experience, Tomkins is considered one of the elder statesmen of the Australian team. He today urged his fellow Australian athletes against any form of public protest, saying it would impact on their Olympic performance. "At the moment, we're here to concentrate on sport and absolutely maximising our performance," he said.
