AAP Sports News (Australia) 06-21-2009 Golf: Scott slips as Barnes turned in record score ADAM SCOTT has bogeyed his final three holes to slip eight strokes from the lead after his second round at the US Open in New York. SCOTT carded 71 to post an even-par 140 halfway total at Bethpage, while fellow Australian MICHAEL SIM is also even after just four holes. American RICKY BARNES leads at eight-under 132, a championship halfway record low numerical score, one stroke better than compatriot LUCAS GLOVER.
