Bronx, NY (Sports Network) - The New York Yankees shoot for their fourth consecutive victory this evening, when they continue their four-game set with the Baltimore Orioles at Yankee Stadium.

New York swept a doubleheader over the Orioles on Tuesday, pushing its lead in the East over Boston to 9 1/2 games. The Yankees are knotted at the top of the American League with Oakland. New York's magic number has been cut to 10 games.

The Yankees posted a 5-2 win over the Orioles in the first contest of the double-dip. Raul Mondesi went 3-for-3 with a walk, an RBI and a run scored and Juan Rivera added a hit and two RBI in the win.
