No, this Kent just seemed like he had Kryptonite in his bat during the World Series until Game 5 on Thursday. He had just three hits through the first four games of the 2002 Fall Classic, but went 3-for-5 with a pair of two-run homers, a double and four runs scored in San Francisco's 16-4 triumph over the Anaheim Angels, a victory that left the Giants just one win away from their first World Series title since 1954.
