NFL Football: Vick practices; probable despite sprained thumb.

Flowery Branch, GA (Sports Network) - Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick practiced Wednesday and is listed as probable for Sunday's game against Baltimore despite a sprained left thumb.

"Mike looked good," said Falcons head coach Dan Reeves after practice.

The 22-year-old Vick injured his thumb and shoulder during last Sunday's game against New Orleans. Reeves said on Monday that Vick's thumb was sore, but that the quarterback was able to grip the football.

Vick has already missed one game this season because of a sprain in his non- throwing right shoulder. He injured his left shoulder last Sunday when Saints linebacker Darrin Smith sacked him early in the third quarter. Vick...
