Ponte Vedra Beach, FL (Sports Network) - Ian Baker-Finch has been selected by captain Gary Player as a captain's assistant for the International Team for the 2003 Presidents Cup.
"Ian Baker-Finch is a fine gentleman with a great deal of experience having served as captain's assistant for Peter Thomson in the 1996 Presidents Cup," Player said. "He is doing a superb job as a television commentator and therefore sees these players week in and week out. This will be a real plus for our International Team and The Presidents Cup as a whole."
