The Siegfried Group, Wilmington, announced the following. Suzanne E. Eder has been named to the newly created post of assistant chief executive officer. In her new position, Eder works closely with Siegfried Group president and CEO Rob Siegfried to help identify and manage strategic priorities for the company.

She also assumes responsibility for managing recruiting and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining the firm, Eder was the chief financial officer and vice president, Human Resources, at Green Tree Chemical Technologies Inc., a specialty chemicals company headquarted in New Castle, Del., with manufacturing locations in Parlin, N.J., and Seaford, Del.
