United Feeds attains ISO 9001

SHERIDAN, IND. - United Feeds Inc. announced July 12 that it has attained International Organization for Standards (ISO) 9001:2000 certification for its Gridley, Ill., feed mill production and distribution operations.
Meeting ISO 9001:2000 standards ensures that the mill's processes are designed to provide consistent, high-quality products and improve customer satisfaction, the company said.
"After more than a year of employee training and revamping our operations, we now have a system in place that helps us continuously improve our products and services and better meet our customers' needs," said Scott Ringger, Gridley quality control coordinator.
