Julian Kim returns to Washington, DC office from the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Tax Policy
Washington, DC, October 29, 2004. Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce the return of Julian Kim as partner in the firm. Kim, who served as the Acting Deputy Tax Legislative Counsel for the last two years at the U.S. Treasury Department, will resume his tax controversy and client counseling practice with the firm.
While at the Treasury Kim had broad responsibility for regulatory and legislative matters relating to administrative and judicial tax practice.
