A power generation service company; From Gas Turbine to Stationary Fuel Cells: the EOS Project

Gas Turbine Technologies (a subsidiary of Siemens PG) is a leading company in the Siemens global service network, established to provide comprehensive high quality services to the power generation industry. GTT has started a research activity on Stationary Fuel Cells based on the Solid Oxide technology (SOFC), successfully developed by Siemens.

The aim of GTT is to keep, also in the future, the technical leadership in Power Station Service, from Gas Turbines to Stationary Fuel Cells. The results of this research will allow GTT to operate in maintenance and repair of Power Plants based on Stationary Fuel Cells, increasing the workforce now employed on gas turbines service activities.
