GAO Ethanol Warning Threatens to Skew Senate Energy Bill Debate

As the US Senate kicked off an intense debate on comprehensive energy policy legislation, a storm was brewing over ethanol use in gasoline, one of the bill's key elements and the subject of tortuous negotiation.
