ORIX AUSTRALIA LAUNCHES US$99 MLN ABS ISSUE.

SYDNEY, March 12 Asia Pulse - Orix Australia Corporation Ltd today announced the launch of a $A191 million ($US99.03 million) automobile and equipment commercial hire purchase and finance lease backed securitisation (ABS) issue under its Eden Park Trust program.
Macquarie Bank Ltd (ASX:MBL) is the arranger and sole lead manager for the issue.
This is the fifth issue by ORIX out of its Eden Park Trust ABS program and follows the Standard & Poor's rating upgrade of the Class B Notes in Eden Park Trusts Nos one, two and three to AAA.
Orix Australia is the servicer of the automobile and equipment commercial hire purchase and finance lease portfolio and Perpetual Trustee Company Ltd is the Issuer as trustee of the Eden Park Trust No 5.
