SYDNEY, June 7 Asia Pulse - International ratings agency Standard & Poor's has defended lowering Kerry Packer's Publishing & Broadcasting Ltd (ASX:PBL) rating outlook.
Broking house UBS Warburg yesterday said S&P had taken the wrong approach to PBL after it lowered its rating outlook from stable to negative earlier this month.
