NEW DELHI - The Delhi High Court has declined to issue notices on a petition challenging alleged diversion of Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSE:VSNL) funds to one of its group companies by Tatas, which acquired management control of VSNL recently, saying the relief sought by the petitioner was vague.
