PHILIPPINES GLOBE TELECOM TO SET UP PAYMENTS SERVICE CENTERS.

CEBU CITY, Oct 3 Asia Pulse - Globe Telecom will provide easier access for payment and after-sales services in selected areas in the Visayas to serve its growing number of landline subscribers.
Tina Marie T. Ortiz, Globe Telecom head of centers for wireline business, said the company is putting up Globelines Payments and Services (GPS) centers to provide better service to wireline subscribers.
According to Ortiz, existing Globe Telecom business centers have been serving both wireline and wireless subscribers.
However, the growth in the number of subscribers of both wireline and wireless subscribers has resulted in longer waiting time for those who pay their bills or ask for after sales services, she said.
