AUSTRALIA'S TELSTRA, FOXTEL TO OFFER NET, TV, PHONE PACKAGE DEALS.

SYDNEY, Nov 28 Asia Pulse - Australian consumers are gearing up for an onslaught of seductive marketing campaigns from pay TV providers offering discounts on bundled packages and wider program choices from tomorrow.
Telstra (ASX:TLS) and Foxtel expect new discounts will entice tens of thousands extra pay TV subscribers, while rival Optus is also looking to gain share in the pay TV market.
Telstra, the major shareholder in Foxtel, said today that from tomorrow its customers can save up to 10 per cent on monthly Foxtel Pay TV subscriptions under a bundled package.
Under the packages, they can take three services - pay tv plus home phone and either a Telstra mobile or internet service.
Telstra will offer Foxtel from as low as $A34.16...
