HYUNDAI-KIA TO MANUFACTURE BIGGER LIGHT CAR.

SEOUL, Feb 19 Asia Pulse - Hyundai-Kia Automotive Group will market a bigger light car model than it currently does at the end of this year or next year, the group said Wednesday.
In a meeting with local reporters Wednesday afternoon, Kia Motors President Kim Noi-myung said it will roll out a new light car which is bigger in size than the Visto and can suit Europeans' tastes, while suspending the production of the Visto equipped with an 800-cc engine.
He added the bigger model to suit European standards is under development and will have a 1,000 cc engine.
The light car will be the mainstay of the group's project to make inroads into the European market and will be sold in the local market if the government decides to expand the size of light car...
