VODAFONE AUSTRALIA POSTS FY EBITDA OF US$283.81 MLN.

SYDNEY, May 27 Asia Pulse - Vodafone Australia Ltd said today its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of A$431 million (US$283.81 million) for the year to March 31, 2003.
Vodafone Australia managing director Grahame Maher said Vodafone Group Plc's annual results show that Vodafone Australia increased EBITDA by A$60 million (US$39.51 million).
"This is remarkable given this year's result includes considerable non-recurring restructure costs," he said.
"Vodafone has also achieved a significant improvement in free cash flow," Mr Maher said.
