SHARES IN AUSTRALIA'S CONCEPT SYSTEMS JUMP ON MB2 PURCHASE.

SYDNEY, June 26 Asia Pulse - Shares in human resource systems company Concept Systems International Ltd (ASX:CSI) surged today on the news it would acquire executive recruitment business mb2 (mb square).
At 1534 AEST, shares in CSI were up 6.7 cents or 68 per cent to 16.5 cents after the company announced the investment, describing it as representing an extension of its strategy of providing services to industry from its base of human resource software systems.
Mb2 was established by Morgan & Banks founders Andrew Banks and Geoff Morgan.
CSI and mb2 said today together they would create a platform for assisting companies in improving human resources productivity with the combination of both software and service solutions.
