PROSECUTORS ARREST THREE OFFICIALS IN LG IBM BRIBERY PROBE
SEOUL - South Korean prosecutors today arrested three officials for receiving bribes from LG IBM, a joint venture of IBM Corp. The arrest comes after the Seoul district prosecutors raided IBM Korea offices on allegations it paid bribes to government officials and others. LG IBM, which sells personal computers, paid at least 55 million won (US$46,750) to the officials, whose names weren't revealed, according to prosecutors.
