SEOUL, Dec 4 Asia Pulse - Two minor Hyundai Elevator (KSE:017800) shareholder groups today announced their intention to seek a court injunction against the company's earlier decision to make a rights offering against their interests.
The injunction will be filed on December 8, the "Special Committee to Revive Hyundai" (cafe.daum.net/kcchyundai) and "Opposition to Hyundai Elevator's Rights Offering" (cafe.daum.net/antihel) said.
